1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the website at rragroup.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. They govern your use of the Site only — they are not a contract for freight forwarding, customs brokerage, inland transportation, warehousing, or any other logistics service. Those services are governed exclusively by separate written quotes, service agreements, or onboarding contracts entered into between you and RRA Group Inc. ("RRA", "we", "us").

RRA reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Who we are

RRA Group Inc. is a freight forwarding company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. Our principal place of business is 8536 Richardson Drive, Surrey, BC V4N 5J1. We operate this Site to provide general information about our services and to allow prospective and existing clients to initiate contact, request quotes, and begin onboarding.

3. Informational purpose

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about RRA Group Inc. and its services. It does not constitute legal, financial, customs, trade compliance, or logistics advice and should not be relied upon as such. For advice specific to your shipment, trade lane, commodity, or regulatory situation, contact us directly.

7. Forms and submissions

When you submit information to us through a web form on the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading. The handling of that information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Submitting a freight quote request, onboarding form, or contact form does not create a binding service agreement between you and RRA Group Inc. No agreement for services exists until it has been confirmed in writing by RRA Group Inc. through a separate written quote or service contract.

RRA may request additional shipment, customs, company, billing, or documentation details before providing a quote, opening an account, or confirming service.

8. Third-party links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience (for example, links to regulatory databases, membership organizations, or partner websites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party site. The inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement or affiliation. 13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it on any future occasion.
